Please note that you have to download the documents and then submit an offer for the Standing Offer Arrangement Trade Contractor Builders (multiple trades) - WIDE BAY through Vendorpanel. Please review the "Offeror Checklist" document to advise the Excel documents to submit and it also identifies which tender documents that you need to review.

Question:
With the Appendix E: Schedule of Subcontractors.

As a Licenced Builder, can I put other trades such as Electrical, Painting etc even if I am not licenced for these trades under my Subcontractors Name?.

Hi Michael, this is a Builders Contract. Eg. First trade you mentioned is Electrical Services which is a mandatory requirement for you to offer as a part of the SOA tender. You nominate in the Part D Schedule of PricesHourly Rates - ElectricalWho will undertake these services? (Please Select) either "Builder and Or Builders Employees", "Subcontractor" or "Combination of Builder and/or Builders Employees or Subcontractors" Then select the Zone you are offering for. If you are subcontracting to an Electrical Contractor, they will be required to have the Mandatory Electrical Licenses. Then Record the Electrical Contractors business details in Schedule 1 Tab of Appendix E: Schedule of Subcontractors. Your business Details would be entered at Line 23 of the Schedule 1 page and then anyone you are subcontracting to starts at Line 31. This is relevant to any trade that you are subcontracting too. Part C Non-Price Criteria page 04.Local Content is where you identify any trades that your business is carrying out. Hope this answers your question.
