The Queensland Parliamentary Service is calling for tender submissions to complete the refurbishment of the Gregory Longreach Electorate Office at Shops 2 & 3, Studio Exclusive Arcade, 120A Eagle Street, Longreach QLD 4730. The Gregory Longreach Electorate Office is a workplace for the Member for Gregory and Electorate Office staff.

The refurbishment includes and is not limited to certified design, demolition and construction of internal partition walls, electrical, plumbing, joinery, flooring, glazing, access control & security hardware, final finishes, relocation, removal and storage of office furniture, equipment and items, and auto-door installation. The physical onsite refurbishment works must be completed in a 6-week period. This is a mandatory requirement and will be reflected in the evaluation weighting. The Member and Electorate Office staff will be displaced from their electorate office site and working offsite until the completion of these works.

Design and procurement of lead items are to be completed prior to physical refurbishment works.
