Hello, on the pricing spreadsheet, there is a Yes/No question that state "The Supplier agrees to charge all consumables at cost including providing details of cost on all invoices" can you please clarify if this is for cleaning chemicals only or does in refer to toilet paper, hand towels, hand soap etc?

From 1 July 2025, the super guarantee, that is - the percentage of your wage that your employer is required to pay into your super account, will increase from 11.5% to 12.0%. Unfortunately, contractors are unable to change percentages rates in section B and C of the Supplier Pricing Proposal workbook could pricing sheet be amended with correct percentage or sheet opened up so contractors and edit percentage fields.

Contractors are to provide periodic cleaning services according to the agreed annual schedule, noting that the entire exterior building façade clean service where specialist height access equipment is required will be only at our specific request, however Section D of the pricing schedule rows 38 and 39 requires contractors to provide a price, should contractors price for only (1) service per annum or leave cells blank.

Refer; BEENLIEGH COURTHOUSE - Pack B - Contract Details, Section 6, Beenleigh Courthouse Profile

a.) Floor area - Total floor area now 4,900 m2. Approximately 90% carpet, 10% vinyl, concrete stairwells, tiled front entrance and foyer.

b.) Glass area - Sheet glass external windows, entry area spanning two-floors, internal office partitions, service counter partitions, courtroom docks. Extensive glass features throughout the courthouse, including sections that will be at height, including three tempered glass design elements built into the walls from floor to ceiling height, which can be cleaned as per regular glass surfaces.

c.) External 20 car parking bays with bin area.
