Question
:
Hi, please confirm if you will accept offers which are for one service only?
For example, can pricing be provided for Pest control (routine) only?
Answered on 19/Nov/2025 04:45 PM
:
The RFQ does not allow for separate or trade-specific submissions (e.g., AV, CCTV, electrical, pest control). The intent is to engage a single provider responsible for the full management and maintenance scope for Anzac Square, with the flexibility to utilise subcontractors where appropriate. Responses limited to individual services will not be able to be considered under the requirements of this RFQ.

Question
:
Is this tender open to separate responses e.g. Audio-Visual offer or CCTV / Access Control, Electrical offer by Certified SME's or is this tender directed more as a BAU option. where you would engage a signal management provider to then source required trades.

Question
:
Can you please confirm that you are happy for an overarching yes/no response in relation to the mandatory requirement around ethical supplier threshold as per section 2 item 2 (Mandatory Requirements). Historically from other government tenders this has been a list of questions for response as per clause 3.2 of the Ethical Supplier Threshold Guidelines: 3.2 Ethical Supplier Threshold declaration
Suppliers are required to declare in their tender response whether they comply with each aspect of
the Threshold by completing a Threshold declaration (see Appendix 3).
A supplier answers ‘no’ to declare that they are not in breach of the Threshold, or ‘yes’ to declare they
are in breach of any of the Threshold criteria.
Thanks in advance
Answered on 25/Nov/2025 08:56 AM
:
For this RFQ, suppliers are only required to respond to the overarching Yes/No compliance question regarding the Ethical Supplier Threshold as included in the VendorPanel form. A full Ethical Supplier Threshold declaration (as outlined in clause 3.2 of the Ethical Supplier Threshold Guidelines) is not required as part of the RFQ submission. QVC may request additional information or a full declaration during the evaluation or due diligence stage if needed.

Question
:
Good morning,
Please see below questions around the evaluation component for this RFQ:
1. What will be in the individual weightings for each of the evaluation criteria?
2. Will be evaluating the offers i.e. will this just be key stakeholders within QVC or will the panel contain external members?
Thanks,
Shelley Bigby

:
1. Evaluation Criteria and Weightings
QVC can confirm that the evaluation criteria and their relative weightings have been predetermined in accordance with QVC’s procurement governance framework. The specific weightings are not disclosed, as keeping them confidential supports a fair, consistent, and unbiased evaluation process for all suppliers.
2. Evaluation Panel Composition
The Evaluation Panel has been established in line with QVC’s procurement governance requirements. While QVC ensures appropriate stakeholder representation, details of individual panel members are not disclosed.
We trust this provides clarity for your submission. Should you have any further questions, please submit them via Vendor Panel before the closing time.
